Confused management - Consultant Avistar Communications Employee Review

I had worked with some nicest people. Most were great colleagues, very smart engineers. Minimum office politics, lots of culture diversity, great technologies.

severely lack of competent executive management, vision and strategy that led to missed opportunities and waste of great technologies. Executives should have been more receptive to employees' feedback and idea.

My manager was one of the best I ever worked for. I learned a ton from him and my other co-workers!
