Pros
The teams, you have teams by countries and departments and overall the mood in the different teams is pretty enjoyable.
The location, close from everything you need, food, train station and relaxing spot.
Good place for a first job right after graduating.
Cons
The managers that don't really care, even know they will say at every opportunity that they actually do! When your probation period is over and you have the talk with you manager regarding you status and the contract negotiations, just forget about it, no one will be here for you, they will make you wait as long as possible.
Its Fire O'clock: they pride themselves on selecting the best people, the A-level people, and yet the longevity in that company is as long as the Pokemon Go trend was! They are super excited at the beginning, they will compliment you and throw you flowers, they will tell you that they invested so much in you that you are going no where, and couples days later, around the last days of the month, right before leaving the office, they fire you.
The salary/ Stocks contract negotiation: i will save you time, its BS! nothing will be respected.
There is no room for growth, none.
