Leadership actively seeks diverse candidates and creates an inclusive work culture where everyone feels welcome. Lots of women in leadership roles and so many different cultures represented within the employee base. The companies (Avtech and Tyee - now AvtechTyee) have stood the test of time within local aviation industry and I feel safe working for a financially stable company. Company is a zero discharge facility - no chemicals go down the drain (great to work for business that actively cares for local environment).

Being around for over fifty years means there is a lot of comapany history - sometimes finding the new and improved path or cleaning up old processes can be challenging in an engineering and manufacturing environment (could be looked at positively or negatively).
