Pros
Great reputation for the legacy biometric products and R&D teams are really solid. Employees in the trenches always come through if C-Level and VP lackees don't muck it up.
Cons
New leadership has driven out many experienced people with ethics and morals especially in the front end in an attempt to appear (A)woke so they can be purchased/cash in. If you don't like to suck up, drink the corporate Kool-Aid, not the place for you.
