      This is a great opportunity to work directly with customer who are YC founders and develop your professional career in the early-stage startup

      Cons

      Working here was extremely challenging due to the aggressive management style. Managers would curse and criticize employees in public Slack channels, which created a hostile atmosphere. They'd write things like "wtf" and make angry demands in front of everyone. They'd blow up over small issues in company chats. They went back on their word about my salary review after probation. Even though I had it in writing in my signed offer letter, they later pretended they never promised this raise.

      Pros

      - Flexible work - Flexible hours - Work in different projects

      Cons

      - Maximum salary for senior is low compared to even other starups - Salary comes in late, they issue payout on the 1st of every month and only comes in after a week - No room for career growth - Favoritism with clients - Clients give you ratings that not necessarily true, Imagine dealing with rude clients everyday. - They prioritize their own people than people not from their country (imo).

      Hey-hey, Thanks for your feedback! Let me comment on the salary aspect: our payouts are usually adjusted to your country's market. The payout from the company always comes in time - at the beginning of each month, up to the 10th day. Saying it's not only as a company's representative but as a person who has been working at Awesomic for more than a year :)
