      - Only one product to work on so easier to tackle complexity & low work pressure. - Containerised platform - Fully remote work, no pressure to be in the office

      Cons

      - Cloud environments are not accessible to developers so learning is limited. - limited movement allowed from one team to another team - project teams work on client project and at the mercy of the client in terms of engagement and sometimes this can be very frustrating

      Good and dependable colleagues. Company try to flow with the trend, so keeps you updated with the current market trends.

      Cons

      Even though the company is small it still has a gigantic process overhead for everything. So the things will move a bit slow compared to similar sized companies.
