Pros
Worked at Axial for a number of years, seen a lot of changes some good and some bad. The good changes are currently underway with some people having been made redundant. The pros are the board are listening to the employees and what is really happening. The company has so much potential and growth
Cons
Not a lot of benefits, taken a while to get some management to listen to employees. Some people work more than their hours but arent rewarded for it, instead more work is put on their shoulders, whilst others are out the door at 530!
