Pros

There are three things I really enjoy about this company and anyone who has worked there can reassure you of this. First of all, the people are really awesome and make you feel part of the group by getting you involved and getting you the help you need. Second, everyone and I mean everyone stays busy so there are no favorites and no gossip, we just work. Lastly, the bosses give us the freedom to take breaks, lunches at any given time. Those are the 3 main things I noticed. As a bonus to what I have to say, there’s a bonus or two and that’s all I gotta say!

Cons

4 stars and only because we are very crowded with machines so there is little room to work around with.

Pros

Axian may be a mid-sized company, but it still has the feel of a close-knit team. It’s the kind of place where people build long-term careers, and I quickly understood why. Within just a few months, I gained more knowledge and hands-on experience than I thought possible. I used to believe that a large corporation would be the best fit for me, but working at Axian completely changed that perspective. The variety of machines and the complexity of the projects keep the work engaging, while also pushing me to grow. Above all, what makes Axian unique is the way they invest in and care for their employees. That culture of support is what really sets them apart.

Cons

There is always lots of work to be done, so sometimes it can be challenging at the end of the day to leave knowing there is more to be done. But it does make the days go by fast.

Pros

I was told during my interview that hard work will be rewarded and that has been true for me.

Cons

401K match is a little low and a lot of the machine operators are older and beginning to retire.
