Pros
Company leadership cares about their employees. There is no micromanaging and they leave you alone to get your work done as long as you can make your deadlines and produce a good product. The types of projects you get to work on can be unique and challenging, not mundane and gets you to really think about the constructibility. HQ office offers hybrid work, but seems like other offices can work from home indefinitely or more than HQ does. Pay is on par with other firms and 401k match.
Cons
The work is fast pace, and you’ll most likely be working on multiple projects at the same time. You’ll work long hours and sometimes weekends. Communication between colleagues are not always great depending on who your working with on a project.
