Not a great culture - Project Manager Axiom Builders Employee Review

No work life balance for the site and PM team. Depending on your team, there might be massive micromanagement and pressure from above. I hated the constant blaming culture and throwing teammates under the bus. That’s not a good culture to work in. Still not up to date with Procore. Senior members not wanting to adopt new technologies and impose redundant documentation to the rest of the team. Lack of mentorship to project coordinators and blaming them for their faults.
