Pros
The benefits are outstanding. They do not have 401K matching, but otherwise the benefits are great. Fully paid health insurance for you and your family, company-funded reimbursement on costs, bagel breakfast once a week. Lots of smart people there.
Cons
Where do I start? Except for a few high level executives, everyone sits out in the open office space. There are no partitions at all, so everyone is exposed all the time. It can be hard to think and get your job done when there is so much going on around you. Sometimes it can be so quiet that you feel like you can't breathe because you might disturb someone. Other times, it is so noisy you want to shout at people to shut up. I found it to be a completely horrible atmosphere to work in.
Also, the company is Russian owned and most of the managers and executives are Russian and speak Russian. Loudly and constantly. Which means that if you are on a team with other Russian speakers, they will talk around you and you won't have any idea what they are saying. Again, this makes it hard to do your job.
Their salary levels are fairly low.
