Pros

Too many benefits to list, including retail discounts at numerous vendors. The TS department is very flexible and allows remote work 2 days/week. Other departments do not allow this.

Cons

As with any company, there can be a little drama here and there. Stay out of it and you're golden.

Compensation: - Base pay falls below market benchmarks and competitor levels - New hires are earning as much as or more than tenured employees. - Difficulty attracting and retaining talent due to low pay and preference for recruiting for the Chelmsford, MA HQ over other offices or hybrid.
