Sad but True - Administrative Assistant Axis Music Academy Employee Review

If you're looking for a job teaching music in a supportive and positive environment, this job is for you! Unlike a lot of the other music schools I worked at before this, I get the support and flexibility that I need, whether it is a scheduling issue or access to educational materials for the students. The administrative staff works diligently to ensure that the teachers' time is valued. The students I have gotten through the academy are some of the most fun and engaged children I have ever had the experience of working with, and my adult students are committed and open minded. The other teachers are a joy to work alongside with.

My monthly schedule can sometimes fluctuate, but that's to be expected when you are working with busy families.

I've had the privilege of being a part of the Axis team for the past decade, and I can confidently say that it has been an incredibly enriching and satisfying journey. The fact that many of our dedicated instructors have been here for almost as long is a testament to the exceptional work environment this company offers. Axis exudes warmth and camaraderie, fostering a supportive atmosphere among its staff. The hours of operation are absolutely perfect for me, however, I know that there have been some people who love the job but prefer morning hours rather than afternoons/evenings. This may be due to having children or just the preference of working a more traditional 9-5 schedule.
