Pros
The employees are amazing - they deserve much better. Free coffee.
Cons
Axium Inspections is under Axium Inc. There are about 10 companies under this CEO that all work in the office, just a heads up. The employees are always pretty incredible - they deserve better. Most new employees don't make it more than 2 weeks. As for the company, the work, and the CEO, it's a really unhealthy workplace. The company has a very vague direction and seems to just tumble over itself to resolve issues rather than preventing them and doing things right the first time. Everyone does the work of at least 3 people but are paid 25% of what they're worth. It's a high-pace environment with tasks, goals, and priorities that change by the minute - very few projects get completed because of the "never mind, do this instead" attitude. It's filled with spur of the moment, large projects with absurd deadlines and expectations. The CEO likes to just creates new companies out of thin air leaving everyone to scurry to develop it and then attempts to save it when it inevitably crashes. There is always promise of a raise or bonus but when it comes to getting what you deserve, think again. The CEO will manipulate conversations and goals to make you feel like you're never doing enough, that the numbers aren't good enough, that you're inefficient, etc. It's the single most emotionally and psychologically strenuous workplaces I've ever been a part of or even heard about. No benefits, extremely low PTO, only 2 paid holidays, belittling salary, and not worth your mental health. Crying, panic attacks, and otherwise "freak out" moments are common here. Save yourself.
