      Pros

      Good colleagues. Great exchange of knowledge and ideas.

      Cons

      Poor senior management. Blind focus on the bottom line makes it difficult to get past the pig-headed blinkered views. Too much double speak.

      Pros

      Axway has a great installed base of customers acquired over the last 20 years. The technology plays a critical niche role in the customer operations. Few competitors face-off against Axway.

      Cons

      Axway hasn't sold a new customer a new deal and is living primarily on increasing their prices to existing customers. The customer facing staff turns over regularly due to shifting leadership changes at the top. The GM of NA has been filled by 4 people in the last 3 years. What's next?
