Favoritism/racism (if you’re non-white) from management (directors, supervisors, and ED). Low pay/lack of pay transparency. Current employees are paid way under the market compared to new hires. PIP’s used left and right. Lack of organizational structure. Lack of professional growth and development; desire to grow internally frowned upon. High employee turnover rates due to management; there are cliques (mean girl types).
