Pros
Azadea is a good company to add to your CV and to get used to work under pressure You get to meet new people everyday and to coordinate between different departments and stores which strengthens your experience
Cons
- No increases - A maximum bonus of 1 salary, sometimes no bonus at all - Promotions are given based on time spent in company not on performance - Management uses employees to achieve their goals without giving any credit to the employee - Managers always asking you to stay overtime however it is not paid ! - You are supposed to work senior accountant's work without any improvements in your careers or salary , and sometimes you are requested to do jobs that must be done by your manager !
