Pros
Working in the head-office was a breeze. It was easy, with no real work to do. Lots of socializing, lots of coffee breaks during the day, easy hours, and no real work.
Cons
The life of the employees in the store in horrible, the working hours are ridiculous and the work demand is very high. The chance for advancements are very slim, unless you know someone, or you are doing special favors within the company.
