The people in my team and those supporting us in the field. My direct manager. Get a coffee van every now and again when we're good.
Cons
Significant leadership disconnect from general staff. Megalomania at top seats and fear throughout lower leadership leading to blind following of bad instruction from above. We had a monthly, global meeting where our leaders took a question on our terrible Glassdoor rating. Their response was that the people commenting here were passive detractors and probably don't raise problems with their managers and they probably aren't the right fit for the job here. I couldn't believe they actually said it. Basically "if you have a complaint or a concern, go work somewhere else" was the message. After all these staff cuts and leaning out, it's understandable that some people get frustrated, and not everyone has a manager they can approach or who will pass the message on, but to ignore those who write it here shows the contempt senior leaders have for their staff. I was on the fence about writing a review but not anymore. My manager knows how I feel. Up to him if he doesn't take it higher because he's afraid of his manager.
