Small team, collaborative, Open to training, Family owned, Great Culture.

No WFH option currently, May need to work OT- not mandatory.

I like working in positions where I can work autonomously and be independent from others. At the same time, there is good work culture and teamwork. Overall it's a good balance.

The workload fluctuates which can be annoying. Sometimes it's super busy and sometimes there is not much to do.
