Pros
1) Product based company with better job security 2) Currently remote based for lahore office only 3) Not much work to be done, most of time you are free. But once you have work you might end up working on saturday / sunday as well (this rarely happens, depends if you are unable to delivery work within working days of the week)
Cons
1) Don't increment salary, they say annual increment but they didn't promoted (incremented) salaries this year and last year increments were not good as well.
