-company/upper management isn't the same as it was -lack of communication company wide -constantly changing in different directions...monthly.. you never know what will happen next....always doing lay offs (lacks job stability) -aren't able to keep up with the amount of changes they keep making. makes a change, moves on to the next, doesn't perfect previous change so a lot of unsolved problems - leadership has taken a turn for the worst, forgot how to treat their employees and celebrate the wins. family culture no longer exists, treats you as a number -data is never correct, you constantly have to double check because your commission and ranking as a rep will be affected by it -in some cases your commission can be taken away due to insufficient data entry when using ACE (a platform they base everything off of...which isn't that great)
