      Not approachable management. HR very busy no know are of your concerns Low Pay and Increments Do not expect any promotions(4-6 Years) for a single promotion Policy not implemented properly (No SOW)

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
