      Low medical coverage. Unfriendly HR to help in this matter when I was newly hired to ask regarding why clinic I chose has to pay for receiving medical treatment. Over expectation to work in big company name

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
