      Pros

      Everyone in there is very interested in the work they do and the work is very diverse and refreshing.

      Cons

      Often have to work overtime to get done all the task done, which is not paid and if someone is working more overtime than you and he is faster in the task you will be getting yelled at for being slow.

      Pros

      The colleagues are very intelligent and nice people. For a person without any relevant previous experience, there is a lot of trust in you and your skills and opportunities to develop yourself. So far I've been given a chance to prove myself as a professional and am continuously growing through the support of my mentor.

      None that I can think of so far.
