Pros
Interesting product and lots of oppourtunity to learn new skills due to the constant revolving door.
Cons
Low pay. Workers are poorly treated and not provided the tools or leadership they need just to get thru the day. Most of the people who helped make this business successful have quit over the last two years.. replaced with underqualified people. Bad product is allowed out the door because mgmt doesnt care about quality just their metrics.
