Pros

The people are great here. The company is on good financial footing. The product fills a unique need and we're constantly improving it.

Cons

Typical startup growing pains, not really Cons: Marketing, as of current (Aug 2021), is going through some transitions as CAC is rising and new channels are being developed. Outbound sales is brand new and going through birthing pains. Biz Dev/Partnerships is in the idea phase. If you were to join the Revenue teams (sales, marketing, CS) know that change is happening right now, what worked in the past may not be working the same now. Come prepared for it.

Pros

If you are just starting out, i would highly recommend working here. Its a great place to develop your skills, work on a range of clients, and build your resume/portfolio. Good starting point to transition into a full-time agency/in-house role. Great people too!

Cons

SEO stuff i learned was super dated and it’s a content mill. Work can be inconsistent, but thats what you should expect as a contractor to some extent.
