This place is an absolute mess. They can fire you without any real reason, just because the people upstairs "don't like you" The people the work upstairs use this place as their own personal bar and don't know how to tip people appropriately. They also take up the entire bar space for hours, drink 2 beers in that timeframe ... so no actual customers could sit at the bar. They basically give the restaraunt away to friends. the prices of liquor are way too low for the amount of alcohol given . No one listens to your concerns. I've been walked away from numerous times as I was expressing concerns about the place. Your not treated as if you mean anything to this company. Plus, they do not train you at all, your pretty much on your own to figuring out the way things work. It's completely in the hands of the investors who know nothing about running a restaurant. They made a hostess an assistant manager after 2 months.. seriously. I asked for more shifts, and received less. I would never reccomend working here. 2.83 hr You have to wait 2 weeks before you get your credit card tips, they come in check. Your uniform is black pants and a t shirt. They keep stressing the place is fine dining, I don't know anywhere that Is fine dining and the servers wear t shirts.
