Pros

Interesting work aspects, ability to learn all about most popular commercial airliners Boeing 737 and Airbus A320. International clients and wide variety of activities on the job, from mechanical maintenance to software engineering and flight testing. Great working shifting schedule with flexibility and 4 days on, 4 days off. Support from experienced colleagues.

Cons

Small engineering department, long work shifts including night shifts. Lengthy work solo and minimal initial training, a lot of self-learning by trial and error. Lack of motivation from management, minimal team building activities, separated offices therefore no ability to meet company colleagues. Old simulator and lack of investment for new updated technologies and because of outdated technology many unsafe or unexpected problems every day. Work inefficiency and lack of well optimized company's organizational software.
