      Pros

      Interns work under an account exec so you get to know the clients you're working with. I also gained the essential and basic PR skills in a real world setting.

      Cons

      My supervisor gave me the same tasks everyday, so there wasn't much variety. Also the office atmosphere is boring and not very energetic. It's also unpaid, so compared to other paid internship options, this one is not worth taking over a paid one.

      You get to learn from some of the best pros in the business and serve a diverse set of clients across multiple industries.

      Cons

      The team is small so it can often be a disadvantage if you're looking to grow in a certain area but you have to keep up with the daily tasks to ensure client satisfaction.
