Pros

It is stable to work there. Welfare is relatively satisfactory, especially for employees with families who settle in Beijing. There are a dozen company buses taking us to and from work, who is a great benefit considering annoy traffic in Beijing.

Cons

It is hard to get promoted for competence only, unless you are in good relationship with others, especially bosses. Seniority weights a lot in terms of promotion, awards, opportunities in participation in some events etc.

Pros

Great coworkers who were willing to help whenever possible. Held several training sessions for the whole company. The best intern experience I have had because they genuinely cared about my education while working there and wanted me to leave the internship with a higher level of skills and understanding of international business and automotive industry.

Cons

Knowing Chinese is a must. Even though most coworkers can speak English, it is easier to complete projects and communicate with others.
