It is a good company

No cons I can think of

Forman were great. Plenty of guys still there that want to work hard framing.

Most guys have totally checked out of they haven't been laid off. Crews of a dozen or so cut to less than a handful. Uncertainty of having enough work for the few they've kept around.. seems like everyone could be out of a job at any moment.
