Flexibility, direct supervisors are great, excellent opportunities to work remotely as little or as much as you'd like

You might receive 20 essays to grade over 20 different subjects-however, this has improved over time. What has not improved is the pay. In previous years it was $10 per essay, $13 per MPT. This year certain essays are $8-$10 dollars. There is no incentive to stay on or grade essays when the system is overwhelmed. I think this contributes to the high turnover.
