Administrative part is too slow and makes too many mistakes. They forgot to book me the flat we agreed on for my relocation, they made tax errors on my payslip, comunicated the wrong address to a state institution and they forgot to pay me my last salary, which they corrected but only three weeks later. Had to borrow money in order to pay my rent. Despite the fact that I told them, they didn't care too much about the urgency of the matter neither. The managers do not have managment skills and always act to defend their own interests instead of the ones of the team. Never happened to me before. They also adopt the micromanaging model of work. You have to report to them your movements and actions everyday. There are too many meetings that last too long. Which in consequence doesn't leave too much time to work, That is why there are many people in the team, Otherwise the work could be perfectly done with less people. Within the team, there is not really a structure or a good organisation. It is rather chaotic. The job position is also not the one described where you have to analyse and bring on the table your ideas. It is rather robotic, monotonous and you find yourself very fast thrown into doing something that is not what you have been trained to do nor what you have been described during the hiring process.
