      Great company, Great Benefits. Great people. Some of the best in the industry. Great for building experience early in career.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic. If you're not a "BASFer" you have to work twice as hard to prove yourself. must be mobile to move up.

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
