      So many pros cannot list. I loved everyone I worked with. The work itself was amazing. This was the first place Ive ever worked at where BIPOC people where represented pretty evenly throughout their leadership org.

      I have no cons. nothing bit love for BASIC

      Some of the most talented people in the industry creating a fun working environment, even though it's mostly remote.

      Pros

      The people are great, across all disciplines. Because of this, clients are well taken care of, and of course happy clients make everything better.

      Cons

      Some challenges with operations (staffing and timely paying of invoices). They just have their hands full.
