Meh - UX-UI Designer BBD Employee Review

Glad there is some good stuff out there.....not sure I would ever refer to hiring people with "bulk" in the same sentence though. There are no doors...but the "door" is always open to discuss better ways of looking after people we do try and get it right. There will at times (hopefully not often) be a disconnect between some people's contribution and perception of it, we all need to communicate better to cross that gap if it arises....and in fact even if it does not.
