Work life balance is hard

great client list, really talented, dedicated people and a very collaborative culture. Excellent location as well right at the corner of Yonge and Bloor. Prides itself on summer and winter parties no matter how tough the economy. Lots of employee recognition. Awesome place to have on your resume. Major commitment to training unlike any other agency in Canada.

Office space is very tired in areas. Very hard working and lean. Highest level of management is old school corporate and intense.
