Pros
BBI Logistics is a great company to work for! I never feel stressed coming into work... I actually look forward to seeing everyone! I have a great work/life balance and I never feel overworked. We have an hour lunch with many great options to choose downtown. We also have a great gym in our office that I visit during lunch. Our company is predominantly male but I feel comfortable and welcomed as a female. Everyone is so supportive and promotes growth from within ... even if its not in your own department! Our leaders treat us very well and we have many happy hours and events within the company. We also get pizza every Friday! I work full time and I’m also a MBA student. Opportunity for growth matters to me and I am always looking to improve processes. Since we are a new company change is embraced and I thrive in this environment. Any time I have suggestions or ideas they are taken seriously and often implemented. Overall this is a great company to work for and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be with a progressive company.
Cons
The only con I have is the option for remote or hybrid work. I am in a support role and I could complete my work from home. I do not want to be completely remote whatsoever, but it could be beneficial to have a hybrid work schedule especially in the case of inclement weather, child care emergencies, and sick days.
