      BC Cancer has excellent resources for research and a central, conventient location. There is also definitely potential to collaborate.

      Cons

      Diversity and inclusion within BC Cancer, especially the senior scientists, is extremely lacking. There is a bit of a standoffish culture in the building, especially between different floors.
