      Pros

      - employees are well looked after with good medical/dental and pension benefits - working environment and offices are nice - Colleagues are respectful and there is a friendly atmosphere

      Cons

      -little to no staff training -back office salaries are below market rate -poor work/life balance -lack of flexibility within organisation -poor feedback and appraisal -hard work is not recognised or rewarded -using initiative is actively discouraged
