Pros
People there are generally respectful of each other and highly knowledgeable. A place with a great culture. You aren't micro-managed and have some freedom to finish your work. Friendly manager and staff where you can easily build relationships with.
Cons
Not too much, overall a great organization. The computers and the operating systems are a bit outdated, and sometimes the workpace can be a little slow.
