Pros
1. Even at the articleship stage, we are treated like a qualified chartered accountant. The opportunity to handle the client are given to us by our Audit Managers with full confidence. 2. Positive vibes everywhere! The ambiance at office is always supportive. It makes a person to better themselves always. 3. Happiness all the way!! The manager, being an Article brought up @BCS himself, is so friendly that you even forget that he is your boss. Even though we may have our differences, those are always solved in a positive way. <<One day we requested him for a Carom board and within 15 minutes the board was there!>> 4. Management hierarchy is the best. The communications happen in a systematic and proper manner that every issues are addressed and all the views are considered. 5. Greytip-HR Management system. GreytHR is the best tool for claiming our Off-days, Combo leaves and additional leaves. Everything is well organised and arranged.
Cons
1. Conveyance expenses. It shall be charged from the clients and given to us. We articles, who are from different states, are staying in Bangalore with lot of expense against the low income. Asking us to bear the conveyance expenses also is kinda harsh. 2. CCH Reporting is not complete. Using CCH to measure the efficiency of the Articles is incorrect & hard to digest.
