They have a good reputation in the industry and provide great training. Good benefits and time off allowances, RRSP matching as well and a decent work life balance and bonus structure.
Cons
Over the last year or 2 there has been a very negative change in direction at BCAA. A lot of poor decision making and leadership positions held by incompetent people. For example the CEO Eric was publicly sued for reneging and lying to a judge, yet he was able to keep the highest paying position. Other people have been recently let go for much much less which sets a poor standard. There is a lot of micromanaging going on and a lack of focus on career growth for people who can bring new and refreshing ideas. Can be toxic at times as there is an old school group of leaders who are stuck in their old school ways.
