Good company - Electrician BCI Integrated Solutions Employee Review

Lots of work. Lots of fast paced change. Plenty of variety of work. Large projects and small project blend. New owners and management.

Work load can be endless at times never seems to slow down. Lots of company growth and acquisitions. New employees can struggle a little bit since this is a "large" low-voltage company.

Work is steady but thats it. I’m looking because the benefits are terrible. Health insurance is literally $800+ for family every check. Its insane.

Benefits hands down is the biggest con. If you have a family, and need health insurance BCI is not the place. Find something else because $800 a check is the worst I have ever seen. BCI has a problem finding good help and keeping good help because of this issue.
