Pros

Management at all levels are supportive. If you have a problem or you need assistance, there is always someone there that you can reach out to. You are never judged or treated unfairly. I have been employed with BCLC Lotto, have never once had any issues reaching out to other agents in different departments for assistance. They have always been very helpful. I definitely feel that. It is more of a family atmosphere for me. Also, BCLC has family first always.

Cons

Having to work the odd weekend. (just kidding) I can’t think of anything that is life-changing that it would be a con in working there

Some people work remote so we aren’t all together.

Pros

Good benefits and salaries for low skilled workers. Good opportunities for women.

Cons

Very little customer or mission focus. Mostly career bureaucrats with little incentive to do much other than protect their jobs. Poor upward mobility for visual minorities.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts in a review! Our Diversity Inclusion & Belonging programs are multi-award winning and nationally recognized. We are already opening pepople's minds up to having diverse cultures in the workplace. I personally am excited and intrigued to learn more. Our portal survey has strong participation and we are already seeing good representation with many females and BIPOCs in senior leadership roles. Our enterprise strategic player experience team was launched nearly two years ago now to really examine and enhance our players experience across all our products. They've done a great job in identifying and acting on our players' painpoints and we're already seeing improvement. Our social purpose was launched about two years ago as well, focuisng on generating win-wins for the greater good and putting people, communities and the planet over profits.
