BCM has a family culture and is a very supportive environment, so if you have real potential you will be supported every step of the way. The culture is the biggest pro. Everyone is very friendly and socialises regularly at the local pub.

The onboarding process is not the best, however the company is undergoing a period of change and is continuously improving.

Roughly 12 months of downsizing causing disturbance in workplace. Many people anxious and unmotivated, productivity suffered. Minimal communication from senior teams, last minute changes to whole processes. Very difficult to understand the changes without any information. Many valued and experienced staff left or were asked to leave.
