I loved my time at BCM. They have a great culture, he nicest people and (mostly) great clients. If you're a newbie to the industry you can learn a heap. If you're developing your career then there are some great mentors. And they practice what they preach when it comes to being fully integrated. Folks this is an agency that can turn around a traditional campaign or a digital campaign with the same expertise and creativity. And they have loads of ways designed to help staff and clients keep up to date with industry changes.
Cons
The agency is in Brisbane, so sometimes the budgets are tight and so are some of the deadlines.
