Pros
Majority of the people you work with are nice. Higher management are nice but have no idea what's going on within the support desk. Facilities are good.
Cons
Lack of promotion for the ones that deserve it as they're doing a good job and can't be replaced. Management are too focused on the sales side of the business that support gets ignored and are left fighting for scraps. They replace annual salary increases with monthly pizza's. Lower management have no idea what they're doing and they dish out senior and management titles to give people a sense of purpose without the salary to match it. During covid, you were forced into working from the office even when testing positive. They've grown too big too quick. They bought out a failing company in Leeds and then decided to take on all their policies and ways of working.
