I recently contacted employee support regarding a payroll issue and had a very disappointing experience.After speaking with colleagues, I discovered that several of them had experienced similar issues when contacting support, particularly around communication barriers and unresolved concerns.Poor support experience, communication challenges, lack of professionalism, and inadequate issue resolution.
Employees deserve clear communication, professionalism, and timely resolution of issues—especially when it comes to payroll. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations.
